Yap\u0131lan bilimsel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar; sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve k\u00e2fi uykunun ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k i\u00e7in son derece de\u011ferli oldu\u011funu ortaya koyarken, Ac\u0131badem Fulya Hastanesi N\u00f6roloji Uzman\u0131 Dr. Beyza \u00c7it\u00e7i Yal\u00e7\u0131nkaya<\/strong> \u201cCovid-19 pandemisi s\u00fcrecinde insanlar\u0131n gerilim ve kayg\u0131lar\u0131ndaki art\u0131\u015f, uyku meselesinin tedavisi i\u00e7in hastaneye gitmeye \u00e7ekinme, g\u00fcnl\u00fck fizik\u00ee aktivitenin azalmas\u0131 ve daha az do\u011fal \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011fa maruz kalma \u00fczere etkenlerle uykusuzluk sorunu ya\u015fayanlar y\u00fczde 24 oran\u0131nda artt\u0131\u201d diyor. Ki\u015finin pandemide artan uykusuzluk problemine kar\u015f\u0131 bir grup d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnsel ve davran\u0131\u015fsal de\u011fi\u015fiklikler yaparak yarar sa\u011flayabilece\u011fini vurgulayan N\u00f6roloji Uzman\u0131 Dr. Beyza \u00c7it\u00e7i Yal\u00e7\u0131nkaya, uykusuzlu\u011fa kar\u015f\u0131 9 tesirli teklif ve ihtarda bulundu. <\/p>\n

Uyku ile ilgili kan\u0131lar\u0131 azaltmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131n. Yata\u011f\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n uykusuzlu\u011fu de\u011fil, uykuyu hat\u0131rlatmas\u0131 gerekir. Kafein, alkol ve nikotin uyku kalitesini besbelli bozar. Kafeinin yaln\u0131zca kahvede bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 hat\u0131rlanmal\u0131d\u0131r. Uyku sorunu olanlar\u0131n bu cins uyaranlardan ka\u00e7\u0131nmas\u0131, \u00f6\u011flenden sonra \u00e7ay ve kahveden uzak durmas\u0131 gerekir. <\/p>\n
