Uyku yoksunlu\u011funun beyin, kalp-damar, mide-ba\u011f\u0131rsak, endokrin ve ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sistemleri \u00fczerinde vakitle olumsuz tesirleri ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Be\u015ferler sistemli olarak uyudu\u011funda kalp ve damar, teneff\u00fcs, hudut, endokrin, mide- ba\u011f\u0131rsak ve ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131k sisteminde tamir ve beden tertibinde de\u011fi\u015fiklikler olmaktad\u0131r. Bu bahiste her ya\u015f i\u00e7in kesin hudutlar yoktur.
